My career spans across Europe and the Middle East, where I’ve worked in both fast-paced startups and established service companies. Currently, I’m the Head of Human Resources at Breer Gebäudedienste Heidelberg GmbH, overseeing HR operations for over 2,500 employees — with a hands-on focus on strategic workforce planning, compliance, digital transformation, and team leadership.
